Trellis is the brainchild of owner/builder, Edmund Herrera and executive chef Andrew Garrido, both culinary arts graduates of Sulivan University.
With over 10 years combined experience at the Brown Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel, they only use top quality meats and produce creating eclectic cuisines ranging from Asian to European inspired dishes.
